About
Small Business Leader is the work of Guillermo Tilley. Guillermo is a business consultant, father and citizen of Santa Fe, New Mexico.
Guillermo possess over 22 years of business and management experience having developed and honed his business skills in different business environments ranging from information technologies, to hospitality/tourism and higher education.
As an educator, Guillermo has been involved in both training (skill based) and formal teaching (knowledge based) in topics like operations management, staff development and training, organizational communications and customer service. Having worked with people of all age groups; he understands the different learning styles that can be present in work/training/educational environments.
Guillermo is also very active in community as a volunteer. He currently serves on the Board of Directors of Santa Fe Partners in Education.
