Staff Development: Tuning the organization to maximize staff effectiveness and satisfaction. We build up team/organization cohesiveness by, developing a needs assessment to increase organization, team and individual effectiveness, creating expertise in leadership development and organizational change and coaching management and staff on development and work improvement plans
Cash Flow Analysis: Tuning the organization's use of revenues for greatest impact on the bottom line. We will create this together by preparing (if necessary), evaluating and/or revising fiscal budgets to align with overall goals of the organization; creating fiscal stewardship by analyzing and monitor expenditures and developing a cash flow plan based on the current needs of the business.
SBL will work with management and staff to improve communications, streamline processes and procedures, help management and staff effectively connect with customers, and most importantly, build a sustainable business environment for all stakeholders
